A U.S. Navy diver holds up the ashes of Raymond Haerry, one of the last USS Arizona survivor for the last time before returned his remains to the very place he had once escaped as a young sailor on that tragic morning of December 7, 1941. Though Raymond Haerry survived the inferno of Pearl Harbor, his heart never left the 1,177 shipmates who still rest beneath the waves. Now, after decades of remembrance, he joins them once more, not in battle, but in peace. His journey ended where his story began, among heroes.
